The client had a refined requirements to design a space that is really welcoming with lots of sitting areas and spaces to showcase their ongoing and future projects. The layout has been kept as an open floor design with reception facing the main entrance for a homely and welcoming feel. The reception then overlooks the large circular waiting and informal discussion areas for their clients and visitors. The area is then segregated with office cubicles and board meeting rooms for formal interactions. The design elements are kept formal with elements that enhance the visual aid of the space. The logo of Shubalay are also used in glass at entrance foyer and even the same is reflected in the false ceiling in the waiting area.
